This CD is about discomfort and mistrust. These images, although not happy, are no more foreboding than the deep music behind some movies. It is people's interpretation of the pictures that leads to the dark side. The images were originally shot as Hi-8 video, which gives them a unique grit and color. They were then edited from hours of tape; and a final selection was created from the 'best of the catch'. Photography by Kevin Wildermuth. |
